When will my package arrive?

We appreciate your enthusiasm & interest in our products. You may track your package anytime after receiving your tracking number via USPS or UPS online tracking services.

Standard Delivery Procedure

Orders paid for will be fulfilled and shipped out within 3 to 5 business days. Our shipping partners are UPS & USPS. ALL orders shipped to the southeast region of the United States will ship via USPS are other locations will ship via UPS.

Please note that we DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately not at the moment. We are working hard to set up proper logistics for international delivery. Please join our mailing list for updates.

Can I track my orders?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification letting you know your tracking number.

Lost or Damage Items

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us via email at hello@roxieraeorganics.com

We do not offer refunds but we will work together to get any issues resolved. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise to report any damage or issues.

In case of in transit damage, all claims must be submitted to USPS or UPS. Prior to contacting us please supply us with the proper claim information and send a photograph to hello@roxieraeorganics.com.

Upon approval you will receive a store credit towards a future purchase, we do not offer refunds.

Roxie Rae Organics is not responsible for stolen packages, please contact your shipper directly to submit a claim.
